This beautifully restored lodge house takes full advantage of its lovely waterside setting. Right on the banks of the River Ardle, within the grounds of Kindrogan Estate, which is used as an outdoor field centre offering a variety of activities. There are fabulous walking opportunities as well as golf, hill climbing, pony trekking, cycling, skiing at Glenshee, and field sports. Pitlochry, 10 miles away, offers excellent shopping, restaurants and pubs. Closer still, the pretty village of Kirkmichael, 1 mile, has a shop and post office as well as pubs and eating places.

                  East Lodge is a real haven of peace and quiet in glorious surroundings. Large spacious living room with hard wood floor and French doors to garden. Two steps up to spacious kitchen with ceramic tiled floor. Six steps up to two twin-bedded rooms. Separate W.C. First floor: One double bedroom with balcony and en-suite shower room / W.C.
